In response to the spread of COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus), to ensure the safety of staff and visitors to the Manassas Transfer Station, Waste Management has asked that all visitors provide their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including hard hat, high visibility vest, face mask, and gloves when using the facility.
The Manassas Transfer Station is located at 8305 Quarry Road in the City of Manassas. This facility owned and operated by Waste Management and is open to City of Manassas residents.
Requirements for entry: A valid form of identification that verifies a City of Manassas address must be shown for entry. This includes a current City of Manassas Utility Bill or License. In the interest of safety - ALL are required to wear a hard hat, high visibility vest, face mask and gloves for entry.

Monday – Friday from 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. hours may vary
The Manassas Transfer Station takes:
Household Hazardous Waste and eWaste accepted on drop off days ONLY: The Manassas Transfer Station only accepts Household Hazardous Waste and Electronic Waste (including televisions and computers) on designated drop off days. Please visit our HHW and eWaste page for details.
The charges for disposal are:
$10 up to 300 pounds
$15 for 500 pounds
$60 per ton
