City Clerk Andrea P. Madden
Andrea P. Madden has been with the City of Manassas since 2008, serving the citizens, the Mayor, and the City Council as the City Clerk. Prior to her arrival in Manassas, Ms. Madden worked as a Deputy City Clerk in Colorado for seven years.

Ms. Madden has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, holds the designation of Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC), and is currently a student in the MPA Program at George Mason University.
