Overview
The Center for the Arts provides arts programming to both the youth and adult populations of Manassas and Prince William County. The center is located in the historical Hopkins Candy Factory. The Center for the Arts offers 

• Classes in the visual and performing arts
• Pied Piper Children’s Theatre
• Summer theater camps
• Rooftop Productions
• Concerts
• Art exhibits
• Outreach for at-risk youth
